How do I renew or extend my product service?
Answer
- Access My Account:
- If you have already signed up for My Account, login to your account by clicking here.
- If you have not signed up for My Account, create an account now by clicking here.
- Once you have logged in, locate the product you wish to renew or extend under the My Products list.
- Locate the Service status bar within the product listing, then select a service option (e.g. 12 months for $39.95) and click Renew/Extend to continue.
- Enter your billing and payment details, then click Place order to complete your product renewal.
